The inspection forms described in the knowledge center are templates; their existence does not prove a sample or batch passed. Request the exact report required for the proposed model and application, with its disclosure and revision status confirmed before qualification.
What to check in a completed record
A useful record identifies model and configuration revision, batch or sample identifier, actual sample count, date, method, test conditions, acceptance criteria, measured results and approval. Match the report identifier to the offered product and drawing. Redaction should preserve enough scope and measurement information to assess applicability; a certificate badge is not a force-displacement result.
Company identity and verification scope
EKD is a brand of Jiangsu Liquid Damper Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. Check the contracting entity and the holder, issuer, scope and dates of any quality or conformity document. Historical names on original documents must remain distinguishable from the current contracting company. Ask for an issuer verification route where available; this page does not create a new certification or imply all products share one approval.
From shortlisting to machine validation
Catalog data can support a quotation or sample request. Production approval also requires dimensions, operating limits and commissioning suitable for the consequences of failure. A limited sample result cannot be generalized to every model, service environment or batch, and a manufacturer report must remain identified as manufacturer evidence.
