How EKD VibroAbsorber uses information when you browse, sign in, calculate or send an inquiry.
Who to contact
EKD VibroAbsorber is the EKD product information, sizing and application inquiry website at vibroabsorber.com. It presents products and application support from Jiangsu Liquid Damper Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. (registered Chinese name: 江苏力科丹普机械技术有限公司), under the EKD brand. For questions about your information, or to request access, correction or deletion, contact service@vibroabsorber.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Document and AI tool access records
We keep private operational records of public model PDF downloads, requests to our public AI document endpoints and public API/MCP tools, and signed-in document link requests. Records identify a verified account or registered integration where available; anonymous sources may use a daily rotating IP-derived hash. A bot name or client application reported in a request is unverified. Records include resource, time, outcome, duration and, for calculations, validated numeric conditions and result summaries. We do not record raw IP addresses, API keys, cookies or conversation text in this log. Authorized staff can view the latest 90 days; older public access records are removed in bounded batches as new records arrive. These service and access-control records are separate from optional marketing analytics. Contact us about access or deletion requests.
Information you provide
When you contact us, we use your name, email, company, contact details, selected products and application information to respond, prepare a quotation and follow up on your request. Processing is for steps you request before a possible contract, or for our legitimate business interest in responding to business enquiries. You may save separate company and contact profiles to help fill future inquiries. Submitted inquiries keep their original company and contact details when a profile changes. A company association does not give other customers access to your inquiries. Do not include unnecessary personal information or confidential third-party material.
Google sign-in and customer accounts
Where customer account features are available, you may choose Sign in with Google or an email verification code. Google sign-in requests only basic identity scopes: openid, email and profile. Our authentication service receives your Google account identifier, email address and basic profile information such as your name and profile image. Supabase processes and stores this account information and authentication/session records for EKD VibroAbsorber. We use your account identity to sign you in, associate submitted inquiries with your account, show your own inquiry history and provide authorized access to model documents. Google sign-in does not give this website permission to read your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts or calendar. Product browsing and sizing do not require Google sign-in.
Use and sharing of Google account information
This website uses Google account information for the account features described above and their security. Necessary account and inquiry information is processed by our authentication, database, hosting and email service providers to operate these features and send requested service notifications. Authorized EKD staff may access inquiry contact information to respond to your request. This website does not sell Google account information, use it for personalized advertising or use it to train AI models. We do not request additional Google data through Gmail, Drive or other Google product APIs. Google account data is handled in accordance with these disclosed purposes and the Google API Services User Data Policy.
Browsing and calculations
Hosting and security services may process IP addresses, browser details, requested pages and timestamps to deliver and protect the website. Submitted sizing inputs, calculated results and matched model identifiers may be stored for technical troubleshooting and service improvement. These calculation records do not request your name or email.
Browser storage and optional analytics
The ekd-locale cookie remembers your language. Inquiry-list items, quantities and notes are stored in your browser until you remove them or clear browser storage; saving a list does not submit an inquiry. Account features use authentication cookies to maintain your sign-in session. Inquiry form drafts may be stored in this browser for up to seven days, or until submitted or cleared. The analytics preference is also stored locally. Google Analytics and Pageview (app.pageview.app) are loaded only after you allow optional analytics using the controls below. Staff, administration and sign-in pages are excluded from analytics. You can change your choice here. Declining analytics does not prevent product browsing or sizing.
Service providers and external links
Hosting, database and email providers process information needed to operate this website and handle your requests. Some processing may take place outside your country. We use access controls and encrypted connections for the website's service connections. Contact us for information about the providers involved in a specific request. Choosing a WhatsApp link opens Meta's service; choosing an email link opens your email application. Your use of those services is governed by their own privacy terms. We do not automatically send messages when you view this page.
Retention and your choices
We retain business correspondence as needed to handle the inquiry, maintain the commercial relationship and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. We review information when it is no longer needed. Contact us to discuss a specific record, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or request restriction or deletion where applicable. You may also contact your relevant data-protection authority. Withdrawing analytics consent affects future analytics collection and does not invalidate earlier processing.
Disconnecting Google and deleting account data
You can remove EKD VibroAbsorber's connection from the third-party connections section of your Google Account. Removing that connection does not by itself delete information already held by this website. To request account deletion or deletion of Google-derived account data, contact service@vibroabsorber.com from your registered email address; we may verify your identity. We will address the request and explain any inquiry or commercial records that must be retained for applicable obligations. Google account information is retained while needed to provide your account and its security, subject to your deletion request and applicable retention requirements.
